Invoice Terms and Rental Rules:

  1. Payment Terms: Deposit due upon receipt. Your deposit confirms your date and will be put towards your final invoice. We will hold your date for 48 hours after the invoice for the deposit is issued. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, your preferred date will no longer be held for you until the deposit is paid. The remainder is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment can be made by credit card through the link on the invoice, or by e-transfer to hello@wanderlustco.ca

  2. Theme Confirmation: The chosen theme for your teepee tent rental must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

  3. Upgrades and Add-Ons: Any desired upgrades or additional items must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date to ensure availability.

  4. Item Condition: The client is responsible for the proper care of all rented items. Any missing, damaged, or broken items will be assessed and charged accordingly on the final invoice.

  5. Rental Items Clarification: All items included in the packages are rentals unless specified otherwise. Specifically, the cloud slip-ons, and spa mirrors in the Pamper Package add-on are rental only. Each pair of cloud slippers is thoroughly disinfected between use. If you wish to purchase any of these items or other items in the packages, we can include the retail price on the final invoice.

  6. Cleaning and Sanitization: After each takedown, we thoroughly cleanse and sanitize items as necessary. This includes laundering sheets, bedding, and pillows. We use Ivory Snow Hypoallergenic laundry detergent.

  7. Event Space Preparation: Prior to setup, please ensure the designated area is clean, swept, and free of obstacles. Ensure that all furniture is moved out of the way to accommodate the teepee tents. Each tent occupies an approximate area of 3.25 feet by 6.25 feet. It is up to the client to ensure the teepee tents will fit in your space.

  8. Item Retrieval Responsibilities: All rental items that come with the package must be kept together and in close proximity to the setup when it is time to tear down. Any missing items or items not within the vicinity of the setup will be subject to additional charges.

  9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event date will result in a cancellation fee. 

  10. Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and pickup times will be prearranged, however, in the event of an overnight rental package, pickups start at 9:30am. It is the client's responsibility to ensure someone is available on-site to receive the delivery and facilitate the pickup.

  11. Liability: The client assumes responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the rental period.

  12. Weather Considerations: In the case of inclement weather, the client is responsible for providing suitable alternative indoor arrangements.
